JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive
EXPERIENCE: 1+
LOCATION: Gloucestershire
SALARY: up to £40,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to manage their own caseload on Personal Injury matters. The caseload will include a broad range of matters to include, but not limited to, road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, sports injuries, catastrophic injuries and medical negligence. You will be expected to deal with fast-track portal claims as well as complex matters. The successful Lawyer must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and keen to develop their career with this thriving firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will have at least 1 years’ prior experience of handling Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Matters. The successful applicant will have the opportunity join a team of highly successful Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Lawyers. This role will see the successful Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to court proceedings.
