JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 3+
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: Up to £40,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
A well-established firm has an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will work on a varied case load to include, but will not be limited to, commercial sales & purchases, commercial leases & lease extensions and variations of leases. You will need the ability to manage your own caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of general commercial real estate. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
