JOB TITLE: Commercial and Residential Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months’ PQE

SALARY: £Market Rate

THE ROLE:
Due to an increase in work this reputable top 175 law firm is in need of a Commercial and Residential Property Paralegal with a minimum of 12 month’s relevant experience. The role will involve working on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and investors regarding portfolio and investment properties often with a bridging finance aspect. The team has an enviable client list offering the opportunity to deal with complex and interesting work.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential and Commercial Property Paralegals with c12 months’ experience gained with another leading law firm. Good technical grounding in property and a capability to operate with high-levels of responsibility including direct client contact. You will be required to work alongside a Partner to deliver first class legal advice and support this firms impressive client list. Candidates with a commitment to working within Property will be of particular interest.
