OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be working on the full range of conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leases and shared ownerships.
• You will be joining a dynamic conveyancing team and will have sole responsibility for the management of your own caseload.
• You will have strong experience in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Year PQE.
• Non-qualified fee earners with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.
• We expect candidates to be apt at building strong and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues and to have a demonstrable desire to deliver a first class residential conveyancing service.
