JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: £30,000+ DOE

THE ROLE:
The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer/ Legal Executive to join their large and bustling department. This role has come about due to growth within the past 12 months. The role will see the Residential Conveyancer dealing with client queries over the telephone and face to face, undertaking file management and fee earning conveyancing from quotation to registration. You will be required to be proactive with marketing and business development. This position is full time and permanent, the role is office based, however the firm would be flexible with 1/2 days from home.

THE CANDIDATE:
This large firm are seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a busy property team. You must be confident to deal with a full caseload from opening to completion. You must be fully competent with general administration tasks. The ideal conveyancer must be able to work to tight deadlines and have good interpersonal skills whilst motivating and encouraging others within the department. The firm will also consider speaking with candidates who have completed level 6 of ILEX (part qualified) if they have strong experience.
