JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 2 + PQE

THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who will be able to cover a full remit of residential conveyancing matters. You will be dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include sales, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold work, and new plot purchases. You must have the ability to manage new and existing caseloads and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The role will require the successful candidate to have knowledge in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives. It is desired that you would have gained at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role. Experience is required in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, and equity. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
