JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months+ PQE

THE ROLE:
This busy firm in the South East are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to support the senior members of the team. The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have at least 12 months of experience working in a similar role. It is essential that the appointed Paralegal is ambitious and hard-working and will demonstrate a willingness to learn. The role will involve supporting fee earners in all aspects of Commercial Property to include –

• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Landlord and Tenant Work
• Freehold and Leasehold Titles
• Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, Licences.
• Attending Commercial department meetings and such training courses as determined by Departmental Manager.

This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Paralegal with the chance to gain valuable experience from talented professionals in the area of commercial law.
