REAL ESTATE/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – 1/3 PQE – OXFORDSHIRE - UP TO £60,0000 – JOB REF:6387

This national team advises on all areas of commercial real estate from large scale development to social housing. The work for this role will mostly involve investment acquisitions, landlord and tenant, and mixed Use development. The team acts for a variety of clients across various sectors including a number of the Oxford Colleges. The firm’s commercial real estate team is looking for a full time, 1 – 3 PQE Associate to join their Oxford office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a large law firm with an established commercial property team but strong academics, an enthusiasm for the subject and a team mentality are more important than previous experience especially at the NQ - 1 year level. The successful Solicitor will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent progression opportunities. The firm has some very exciting projects, excellent work and loyal clients and is looking for people that recognise the importance of balancing technical skill with outstanding client service. The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time.
