THE ROLE:
A thriving firm in Dorset has an exciting new opportunity available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This firm is a highly regarded, full-service practice in the Dorset area, with a quality driven approach to their work.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions.
