OVERVIEW:
• This Manchester based, high street law firm are seeking a Locum Welfare Benefits Solicitors to join them until January 2022. This role is to start as soon as possible.
• The role is to commence ASAP and last around 1-3 months dependant on the recruitment requirements and performance, the role will carry on until at least January 2022.
• The caseload will include dealing with a range of matters related to benefit fraud, appeals against welfare packages, tribunals, and court/ hearings attendance. You would have had experience of dealing with clients who have been accused of benefit fraud.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm and can be carried out from the firms Manchester based offices or on a remote basis- equipment will be provided by the firm.
• 100% remote working.
• Weekly pay and flexible working- £32+ per hour, depending on experience.
• Outside IR35.
