THE ROLE:
A busy firm in Surrey has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their new build team to cover a period of maternity leave, with scope for the role to be made permanent. The successful candidate will have around 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing and experience within plot purchases is desired but not essential. The appointed Property Solicitor will be dealing with all aspects of new plot purchases and you will the opportunity to act on behalf of buyers of new properties. The appointed Conveyancer will have a self-starting approach to tasks, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
