JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ experience
LOCATION: Remote / Maidstone
SALARY: £35.00 - £40.00 per hour (INSIDE IR35)

OVERVIEW:
Looking for a change? This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all commercial property matters. The role requires an ASAP start and commitment for at least 3-6 months whilst the firm undergoes some permanent recruitment. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property law. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The firm takes pride in delivering excellent client care and is seeking likeminded individuals for this assignment.
