JOB TITLE: Commercial In-House Lawyer – 12-month Fixed Term Contract
PQE REQUIRED: 7+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £80,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
This role is suited to an experienced Commercial In-House Lawyer who will be able to advise on a wide range of legal, risk and compliance matters, including commercial contracts, client engagement terms, policies, intellectual property rights and data protection. As a Commercial Lawyer your duties will include: Reviewing, drafting and advising on client related contracts, such as engagement terms, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements and release letters as well as helping develop and maintain policies and procedures for the management of suppliers.

THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the role you will have experience in both company / commercial law, previous experience within private practise along with a strong business acumen is essential to be successful in this role. The successful Commercial Lawyer must possess the ability to take a commercial and practical approach as well as the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and prioritise workloads. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times is essential, as are strong negotiation skills within both legal and commercial matters.
