THE ROLE:
An unmissable opportunity has arisen to enhance your career with a highly regarded organisation, providing interim cover for a period of at least 2-3 months. They have a number of regional offices and offer an interesting variety of work. You will be handling a mixed caseload of complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters with exposure to some personal injury work. The appointed Solicitor will undertake the representation, including advocacy when appropriate in tribunals and courts, internal hearing and other procedures when required. Excellent team working skills are imperative to this role.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Locum Employment Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor with a current practicing and possess a minimum of two years PQE in Employment Law. You will ideally have some experience within Claimant Personal Injury; however, this is not essential. Your expertise will span both contentious and non-contentious matters and you will thrive in an advisory role. You may have gained previous experience from either a private practice or public sector background, and you will have ideally gained some experience of working on union-related matters. This is an office-based role for 35 hours a week and boasts market leading annual leave entitlement.
