JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Dorset
EXPERIENCE: 2+PQE
HOURLY RATE: £Market Rate

THE ROLE:
A well-established firm in Dorset are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing locum, the role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will need the ability to manage an existing caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ experience in this area of law. The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
