JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Litigation Lawyer
EXPERIENCE:              up to 5 years’ PQE
LOCATION:                  County Durham
SALARY:                      up to c£45,000 DOE    

THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer will join a successful team headed by two Partners. This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking to gain exposure to a variety of high quality and complex work a further their skillset. The appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for managing their own caseload whilst also assisting the partners on larger, more complex matters. The work will include, but is not limited to, shareholder and partnership disputes, property litigation, construction and engineering disputes, contentious probate and professional negligence.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
I want to hear from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have experience of a commercial litigation and employment practice or the ability to develop working knowledge and experience in these areas in order to act confidently for a wide range of clients. In order to be successful in this role, the Commercial Litigation Lawyer must have good time and risk management skills whilst being confident in their ability to develop knowledge and skills whilst at all times being commercially aware.
