JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3-4
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £45 – 55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this leading property disputes team. The property litigation team is located within the Dispute Resolution group. The team specialises in all aspects of property litigation and landlord and tenant law, advising major multinationals, developers and property investment companies. They work very closely with the firm’s Property group which is one of the largest in the South East.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should be able to demonstrate solid experience of property litigation including experience of 1954 Act lease renewals, residential possession and service charge disputes. Experience of social housing work and boundary disputes is desirable but not essential.
