OVERVIEW:
You will be have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions, including: company transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructures and business reorganisations, directors’ duties and shareholders’ agreements, company refinancing and share schemes and limited liability partnership. Legal Professionals applying for this position should have: excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application, commercial awareness and credibility, enthusiasm for business development and some experience and the ability to take on responsibility. You will be joining a friendly, well established and forward-thinking department who excel at demonstrating our values of teamwork, positivity, trust, agility and approachability. The successful candidate will have experienced a range of corporate and reorganisation transactions during their training contract and any post-qualification period.
