OVERVIEW:
You will have proven technical expertise in landlord and tenant matters, development and investment matters, as well as general commercial property. With a strong presence within the property sector, this opportunity offers the successful Commercial Property Solicitor a superb platform to really develop their career with a challenging and varied caseload. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters in a thriving and growing team. With 4+ years PQE you will have the ability to work under pressure and have strong business development skills. The role will require you to have outstanding written and IT skills. Confident, approachable and motivated, you will be highly organised and proactive with great attention to detail, have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting a culture of ownership and teamwork, have a proven track record of achieving commercial targets and articulate with excellent communication skills.
