OVERVIEW:
• Applications are invited from qualified Corporate Solicitors with experience in good quality Corporate law and a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will work on a wide range of corporate transactions and company matters including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, company formations and start-ups etc.
• You will play a key role in the growth and development of the office, getting involved in business development on behalf of the team and firm.
• Ideally you will have links to region, but relocators seeking a work/life balance and the opportunity to live on the edge of a National Park whilst maintaining a high-quality caseload are welcome.
• More experienced Solicitors seeking a senior role are also of interest, ideally bringing contacts and client following with them, although this is not essential.
• This regional firm has a strong reputation for providing high quality legal advice to clients across the North of England and beyond.
• Through development of existing relationships as well as attracting new clients to the firm, they will be able to offer opportunities to Corporate Solicitors whatever stage of your career, including potential partnership for the right individual.
