EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 4+PQE – SURREY - £55,000 TO £65,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:6216

EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
This is an award winning, full service law firm which is growing fast. The firm advise UK and international businesses and individuals and pride themselves on providing long term support to their clients. They are currently seeking additional solicitors to join their busy Employment Team. Key responsibilities will include, playing a leading role in departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives, creation and development of client relationships, preparation of Tribunal cases and providing representation at the hearing, where appropriate, supervision of more junior team members, drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures, providing corporate support and advising on all employment-related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out and the effect of TUPE, advising on the full realm of employment related disputes and problems affecting both employers and employees and preparation of Tribunal cases and providing representation at the hearing, where appropriate.
