CORPORATE SOLICITOR NQ-3 PQE – CAMBRIDGESHIRE - £40,000+ (DOE) – LEGAL 500 - JOB REF: 6177

For the successful Corporate Lawyer, you will be joining a forward-thinking team where you can see your career flourish and handle some high-quality work. Are you a 2021 qualifier or Corporate Lawyer with up to 3 years PQE in handling a diverse caseload of corporate matters? This leading practice is keen to appoint a Corporate Lawyer who has a strong desire to specialise within this area of law. Due to continued growth within the corporate team, the highly rated corporate team are keen to appoint a Corporate Lawyer with up to 3 years PQE in handling a varied caseload of corporate related matters. Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executives who are able to demonstrate at least 6 months experience within corporate law. Ideally NQ Corporate Lawyers will have completed at least one seat within corporate and be looking to continue specialising within this area of law. Corporate Lawyers with 1-3 years PQE will have gained relevant experience within a firm renowned for their corporate offerings. Suitable Corporate Lawyers will have experience of dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and corporate reorganisations.
