JOB TITLE:                  Employment Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:              1+ PQE
LOCATION:                  Manchester
SALARY:                      up to c£36,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
this opportunity will see the skilled Employment Solicitor working alongside a team of dedicated professionals across this firm’s North West region. The appointed Employment Solicitor will be expected to run a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated cases, such as unfair dismissals, wages claims, discrimination claims and settlement agreements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and representation matters and be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of such claims. This firm is dedicated to the progression of their staff and will provide the Employment Solicitor with supervision, coaching and training to help shape their career.

THE CANDIDATE:
We want to hear from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have excellent knowledge of the ET rules of procedure and the litigation process. In order to be successful in this role, applicants must have excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail in order to construct clear and effective advice, resulting in the best result for the firm’s clients. This law firm is dedicated to providing their clients with a first-class service therefore technical expertise along with communication and client care skills are essential.
