OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Oxfordshire.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
• You will be responsible for advising on all commercial property matters from short fixed-term leases through to the acquisition and disposal of large freehold industrial sites.
• The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property Tax
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise.
