JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE: NQ+
LOCATION: Leeds

THE ROLE:
This position will suit a Real Estate Solicitor looking for a long term move where they can progress their career. The Real Estate team has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise across all disciplines, including developments, property finance and investment and land acquisitions for clients in the private and public sector. You will work alongside senior solicitors and partners, handling your own caseload as well as being part of larger, cross-sector project teams.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be recently qualified, with up to around 3 years’ PQE in a broad range of commercial property law gained with a regional or national law firm. High achieving academically, you will have proven yourself dealing with complex and technical property matters, with exceptional attention to detail, coupled with commercial acumen, good communication skills and the ability and willingness to continue develop your skills.
