THE ROLE:
A thriving local high street practice is seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor within their costal office. The ideal private Client Solicitor will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and will be managing a caseload of wills and probate matters at various stages of completion and will ensure that the matters are completed to a high professional standard. The caseload is likely to include drafting of Wills, LPAs, Court of Protection and Probate matters – the caseload is varied and could include any private client work typical of a high street practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ PQE and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, you will enjoy working in a team environment. Secretarial support will be available, but a good level of IT literacy is required to use the necessary computer systems and software. The role will be office based; however, some level of flexibility will be available on completion of probation period.
