The Team
This commercial team provides the highest level of strategic advice to a large portfolio of organisations and has been recognised at a number of Legal and Business awards. The team handles a wide range of matters including various commercial contracts, software development, licensing agreements, data protection, IP, franchising, outsourcing and procurement.

Commercial Solicitor
The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record working with another leading regional or national law firm. You must have exceptional knowledge of commercial law, delivering advice across a wide range of matters with excellent client management skills. The ability to work well with experienced professionals, within a team orientated environment is essential. You will conduct work as a lead fee earner, working on a wide range of commercial matters, providing high-quality advice representing a leading law firm.
