This well-established commercial property team of Solicitors offer a cost-effective, pragmatic, and commercial advice. They have many years’ experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high value and complex multi-million-pound property acquisitions or disposals. Areas of work which the commercial property team covers, include but not restricted to, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial or investment property, leases of property for landlords or tenants, lease renewal, rent review arrangements and licensing, development and building agreements, funding and financial arrangements, town and country planning issues, environmental issues, property litigation and building disputes, construction issues, compulsory purchases and property issues for charitable bodies.

You will have the skills to take on and manage a busy workload within a fast-paced environment. You will display sound technical knowledge, with a pragmatic solutions-focussed approach to advice. Have outstanding commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care. A self-starting desire to provide an excellent client service and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Outstanding opportunity!
