SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a busy team for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join the Cambridge office of this established law firm. As the appointed Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Fee Earner you will be expected to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be required to provide high quality advice to clients and play a supportive role in enhancing the profile of the profile of the firm / team.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are keen to hear from Residential Property Solicitors / Legal Executives / Licensed Conveyancers / Fee Earners with at least 2 years’ experience in managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Joining a well-established and supportive team, the appointed Residential Property Fee Earner will be expected to come in and hit the ground running within their own caseload of matters. Ambitious and passionate, you will be able to demonstrate great initiative and commercial acumen - a real team player. A keenness to broaden your range of expertise and skills will also be expected.
