JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 3+
LOCATION: Devon
SALARY: up to c£60,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Construction Solicitor will be trusted to provide an effective and efficient legal service to a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on providing cost effective solutions. The work you will be expected to undertake will primarily be contentious, however some non-contentious work will also be involved. The successful Construction Solicitor must be able to provide specialist advice in all aspects of building, construction and engineering work and have the ability to master complex regulations and procedures whilst being able to communicate the relevant advice to clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Construction Solicitors’ who have a proven track record of handling their own busy and varied caseload of matters. Experience or an understanding of both contentious and non-contentious work is essential in order to be considered for this role. Strong commercial awareness is also vital along with a common-sense approach to problem solving.

This national law firm’s specialist construction team has grown significantly and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Construction Solicitor to cover a current member of the team’s maternity leave. This legal practice offers a dedicated collection of specialisms across the commercial, public, health and insurance sectors and have offices across the country.
