Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ+ PQE, Cambridgeshire, Salary (DOE) – a reputable and established practice in Cambridgeshire is keen to appoint a Commercial Property into their team and handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters. OVERVIEW:
• The role will be focused on commercial property matters including commercial leases / occupiers, grant of easements, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and option agreements along with some exposure to agriculture and development matters for the right individual.
• You will require a good working knowledge and exposure to all types of commercial property transactions
• Ideally the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained experience from a highly regarded law firm renowned for their commercial property offerings in the Legal Directories
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Lawyers from Newly Qualified level upwards
• Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have some experience of dealing with all types of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold matters, leases and development work along with some for agriculture work
• The role offers good quality of work, within a friendly and supportive work environment
