THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Lawyer to cover a period of permanent recruitment. The appointed Family Lawyer will deal with a mix case load of matters to include, but not limited to, Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Civil Partnerships, Separation, Cohabitation Property Disputes, Pre-nuptial agreements and private and public children disputes. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives that will have gained at least 5 years’ experience of managing their own caseload of matters under minimal supervision. The successful Family Lawyer must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. Applicants must be confident self-starts and have a flexible approach to working.
