JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor – Fee Sharing Consultant

THE ROLE:
A rare opportunity has arisen within this modern and forward-thinking law firm. This firm are looking for individuals with at least 5 years of experience within Insolvency law to join their remote-working fee sharing consultancy team. You should want to break away from the traditional settings of a law firm/ in-house setting, and work in a collective but modern way - as a Fee Share Consultant. This role is well suited to Solicitors with their own client following, or to those with a strong business and marketing plan to generate revenue across their first 12-24 months with the firm. Referrals of work are encouraged and incentivised across the team, and huge investment has been made into business development, brand promotion and the required infrastructure for success.

THE CANDIDATE:
Expressions of interest are sought from candidates with the drive, ambition and self-belief to become a success as a fee-sharing Consultant Solicitor with this national and highly regarded practice. You will be a Solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE in your chosen specialism and may be looking for a higher degree of flexibility, a more appropriate level of remuneration for your efforts or the freedom to manage your clients in your own way. This role offers uncapped earning potential and unlimited flexibility in working arrangements.
