CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR 5+ PQE – GREATER LONDON - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:5978

The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will provide additional strength and depth to the existing team by supporting the partners with more complex corporate and commercial work and supervising the more junior members of the team. They currently advise a wide range of clients to include, start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies. Their work ranges from modest to large, complex transactions. With an impressive track record of double digit growth, this firm has year on year increased turnover for the last 3 years. This firm's client base is a mix of institutional clients, plc's, SME's and private individuals.

Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters to include, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory, Private Equity and Joint Ventures. It is essential that you have exceptional business development skills, be IT literate and have experience of managing or supervising juniors members of a team.
