JOB TITLE:               Part-time Property Lawyer
EXPERIENCE:           3+
LOCATION:               Cheshire
SALARY:                   Up to £25,000 (pro rata salary)

THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm handling a real mixed bag of commercial property and residential property work. The caseload will include the full range of transactions covering commercial and residential sales & purchases. You will be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. This position is on the basis of 3 days per week with remote working available.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Lawyer will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience and will be able to demonstrate experience in commercial real estate as well as residential conveyancing. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers.
