JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Somerset
SALARY: £35,000-£48,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm handling a broad range of commercial property work. The caseload will include (but will not be limited to) commercial sales & purchases, commercial leases & lease extensions and variations of leases. You will be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of general commercial real estate. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
