JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 0-3 +
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £40-50,000 DOE

THE ROLE:.
This leading team offers a full range of property services for a variety of clients across not only the Thames Valley and South East but nationally and internationally. Work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning, construction and residential conveyancing. This new hire is to support the commercial property part of the team and work will include freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, new lease and lease renewals and portfolio management for occupiers and landlords.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a broad understanding of the legal principles involved and experience of assisting with a desire to become an expert in this challenging field. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, have excellent organisational skills along with self-motivation and a hunger to succeed. An ability and willingness to complete marketing and business development activities is essential.
