JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE
LOCATION: Midlands
HOURLY RATE: Up to £35 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a varied case load of litigation matters to cover a course of annual leave in the firm. They currently have excellent opportunity available for an ambitious and confident Litigation Solicitor to join them and be involved in insolvency, litigation and commercial work. The work will include, but is not limited to, drafting shareholder agreements and advising on corporate governance, construction disputes, contractual and trade disputes and insolvency & financial issues.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing will all types of Litigation matters. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of both Civil and Commercial matters with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
The role will be based in the client’s office and the appointed legal professional will be expected to attend the office for 3 of the 5 days that needs covering.
