OVERVIEW:
• This is a new opportunity for a dynamic Family Solicitor with strong private family experience to join a friendly team.
• Utilising your private family experience, the successful Family Solicitor will manage a complex solely private caseload, advising clients on areas to include: divorce, cohabitation disputes, Children Act matters, separation and financial matters.
• Representation at Court will also be part of this role.
• A client-focused approach and consistent billing history will be essential.
