JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor
PQE: 0-3
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £50-60,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This leading banking and finance team acts for many regional, national and international lenders and borrowers on all of their funding requirements, from commercial property funding to large scale corporate refinancing. The team advises banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of financing including acquisition and investment finance, leveraged finance, scheme facilities, development finance and renewable energy finance.

THE CANDIDATE:
The team is looking for a highly ambitious and motivated individual to join their dedicated banking and finance team. The firm is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and are Tier 1 rated in this practice area in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. The successful candidate will be advising banks, other lenders and corporate borrowers on debt finance transactions regionally and nationally across a wide range of sectors including sport, leisure & hospitality, renewables, healthcare, real estate and public. The successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the transactions including debt instruments, security, intercreditor arrangements, conditions precedent, corporate authorities and due diligence. The firm is looking for a candidate that has broad experience, particularly in banking and finance or corporate/ commercial transactional work. The ideal candidate would be looking to specialise in finance transactions, advising lenders, borrowers and investors.
