JOB TITLE: Commercial Property/Residential Conveyancing Locum
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: London
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £45 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This inhouse investment organisation are currently seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to assist on a mix case load of matters to include both Commercial and Residential Conveyancing. The files will be at various stages of progression and it is likely that there will be some exchanges and completions during this period. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Residential and Commercial conveyancing. The appointed conveyancer will have experience of working in a busy environment and be available to commence at short notice, at the client’s office for 3 days a week. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
