Residential Conveyancer 1+ years PQE, Warwickshire, £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE). JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Able to demonstrate excellent technical expertise
• Ability to work on and manage a caseload of Residential Property matters from start to finish
• Management of a very busy caseload
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to assist in driving the team forward through supporting its business development and marketing strategies
• Identify and help remove risks through due diligence reporting
• Assist the team with day to day enquires from current and potential new clients
• Attend upon clients in interview

You will be required to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment. With your existing knowledge of the conveyancing process you will be provided with additional training and support. Educated to degree standard or equivalent, you will have excellent written English, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to prioritise effectively. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, efficient and proactive, committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all round communication skills, providing good customer service and attention to detail is essential. You will have an enthusiastic personality and a willingness to take on new challenges.
