Locum Contentious Probate Lawyer, 2+ PQE, Remote Working – A busy firm in the North West have an urgent requirement for a locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to support their contentious probate team. To apply or to register your interest, call Lauren on 5816

JOB TITLE:                  Locum Contentious Probate Lawyer
PQE:                            2+
LOCATION:                  Remote working
HOURLY RATE:           £38.00 per hour (outside IR35)

OVERVIEW:

• Well-established law firm with a long-standing reputation in the market
• An extremely busy litigation team who require urgent locum support on their contested probate matters
• The appointed Locum Contentious Probate Lawyer will assist on a variety of will disputes and other claims involving administration of an estate, property and trusts
• This role can be conducted on a 100% remote working basis

 
THE CANDIDATE:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years’ prior experience of handling their own caseload of contested probate matters
• Must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision on a remote working basis
• In order to be considered this role you must be available at short notice and on an ongoing basis
