JOB TITLE: 6 Month FTC Corporate (Funds) Solicitor
PQE: 3+

SALARY: Up to £130,000 DOE

THE ROLE: Our client is looking to recruit a bright and ambitious Associate on a 6 month fixed term contract to join their global Funds team based in London. The successful candidate will join this exciting team which focuses on a variety of sectors with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, venture capital & debt and private equity. This opportunity will expose the successful candidate to advising leading UK and international investors on their funds investment program, corporatised sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and club deals and general advisory work.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from qualified solicitors with 3 years + PQE possessing strong technical ability and knowledge of funds law and have previous experience of working with a leading national or international law firm. The successful candidate will possess the ability to build successful client relationships and with proven experience in managing multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
