JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
You will join a leading team to provide a advice on real estate investment matters. Working closely with the senior members of the team, the appointed Real Estate Solicitor will be gaining exposure to a diverse client base and work on a wide range of commercial property matters. As the chosen Real Estate Solicitor, you will working on development projects, investment sales / purchases and landlord and tenant matters. A fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice who offer a top tier service to their clients covering the broad remit that is commercial property!

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an NQ or Solicitor with up to 2 years real estate experience gained in a City or large regional firm with good academics and prior real estate experience. You will have excellent written English for drafting purposes and should be a self-starter with common sense and initiative, with good time and file management skills. You will have an ability to build good working relationships with clients and potential clients. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have gained experience within asset management, development and investment matters.
