THE ROLE:
A career enhancing opportunity has become available for a talented individual to work in our client’s well established and highly respected Surrey firm. The successful Family Lawyer will have a broad knowledge in all aspects of Family Law, you will be expected to deal with a wide range of matters which include, but not limited to, divorce, financial matters, domestic violence and abuse, child proceedings and cohabitation disputes. The appointed Family Lawyer will be responsible for handling their own broad caseload of Family matters and will be dedicated to providing helpful support and well-informed advice whilst being sympathetic and approachable. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and in the development and growth of the Family department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Family Lawyers who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have gained at least 10+ years’ experience within family law, specifically privately funded matters. The applicant must be committed to understanding client’s requirements to provide accurate and effective advice, whilst being motivated to provide the best level of service to our client. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
