THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an experienced and highly skilled Employment Solicitor to join our client’s firm on a 3-month contract in their Hampshire office. You will be handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of both the claimants and respondents. The appointed Employment Solicitor will get the opportunity to advise across the full remit of employment law matters as a key member of this successful team. You will have the confidence and the ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure their swift progression, as this will be the key to your success. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for clients. This role has the potential to be extended and could become permanent for the right candidate.
