JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 PQE
LOCATION: South Yorkshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This firm are a boutique, specialist set up in South Yorkshire. They currently have excellent opportunities for an ambitious and confident Litigation Solicitor to join them and be involved in insolvency, litigation and commercial work. The work will include, but is not limited to, drafting shareholder agreements and advising on corporate governance, construction disputes, contractual and trade disputes and insolvency & financial issues.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from determined Qualified Solicitors with upwards of 2 years’ experience dealing will all types of Litigation. Applicants must be confident self-starters and be keen to adapt their existing knowledge and skills. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
