JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE
SALARY: Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
• Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives.
• It is desired that you would have gained at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
• You will be responsible for the handling of freehold, leasehold and help to buy matters.
• Experience is required in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, and equity.
• Review title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients.
• Respond promptly to requests for updates from clients, estate agents, brokers and introducers.
• You will have excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction
• You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
