Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Greater Manchester - An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years’ PQE
• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases.
• You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
• Experience in managing and assisting support staff with any questions that they may have is desired.
